At Emirates Print Hub, revisions are only offered during the design stage or sample stage if the client is not satisfied. Revisions may include text edits and layout adjustments. However, if the client requests a complete concept change, such as a rebranding or an entirely new design direction, the project timeline will be extended, and additional charges will apply.
Revisions are strictly limited to the same approved concept and design and are allowed up to 3 times only before production and during the artwork approval stage. No revisions will be accepted after this stage, as our designs often move into offset printing preparation, where initial production processes may already begin and incur costs.
Once the client has approved the artwork, no further revisions will be allowed.
The client is fully responsible for carefully reviewing and approving the artwork before final approval. After approval, any dissatisfaction with the final product will not be the responsibility of Emirates Print Hub or its team.
