Order Cancellation Policy

This policy explains your rights regarding physical products ordered from Emirates Print Hub, including printed materials, signage, advertising solutions, and display products.

Defective, Damaged, or Non-Conforming Products

If you receive a product that is defective, damaged, or does not match the approved specifications or quality of your order, you must notify our customer support team within 48 hours of delivery.

After verification of the issue and in accordance with the applicable laws of the UAE, Emirates Print Hub will:

  • Reprint the product at no additional cost, with the same turnaround time, or
  • Issue a refund for the product only

Please note that design charges and installation charges are non-refundable and will not be included in any refund.

Refunds will only be considered if the product has not been used, installed, or altered in any way.

Non-Refundable Items

Emirates Print Hub is not responsible for providing a refund, replacement, redesign, or alteration in the following cases:

  • The client has already approved the final artwork, and production has started
  • The issue is caused by errors in the design, artwork, or instructions provided by the client
  • The product shows only a standard color variation within normal printing industry tolerance

Clients must understand that in the printing industry, exact 100% color matching is not always possible, and slight color variations may occur. If the color difference falls within the accepted industry tolerance, no refund or replacement will be provided.

To help clients review quality before final production, we also offer paid samples upon request.

Order Cancellation

An order may be cancelled and refunded only before production has begun. Once production starts, the order will no longer be eligible for cancellation or refund.
